MINE LIFT

Special industrial hoists BV 400 are used for communication with the surface in underground workings or collectors for utility networks. Raising or lowering of the cage is carried out along the mast structure on the rack guide, which engages with the pinion gear. The cargo cage is lowered to a given floor to a depth of 95 m, the noise level during the movement is low (about 65 dB).

The mast is assembled from separate welded sections, for the manufacture of which a round pipe with a diameter of 76 mm and a wall thickness of 6.3 mm is used. The mast is installed in one of two ways - it is fixed on a vertical wall outside the shaft or placed in the shaft, the small width of the sections (only 20 cm) allows this to be done without unnecessary difficulties.

Lifts are produced on robotized lines, the metal is cut by a laser. In order to protect products from corrosion, stainless steel, varnishing or hot-dip galvanizing are used. The company gives a guarantee for a period of 12 months.

Benefits of lifts

Financial benefit. The purchase, installation and maintenance of the lift will be much cheaper in comparison with freight elevators. During the transportation of people or cargo, much less electricity is consumed.

Quick installation. Cargo lifts are installed faster than an elevator. Undoubted convenience from this point of view is the possibility of placement in a prefabricated frame. Installation is carried out in a pit of a minimum size or directly on the floor, in the latter case, a ramp is arranged at the entrance to the cage or to the platform.

Stable work. The equipment is easy in operation and maintenance, less temperamental than an elevator, and delivers a minimum of trouble during operation.

Variation in the location of the doors. From one to four directions from different sides of the cab or platform are available for entry and exit of passengers or loading and unloading of cargo.



FAQ

The guarantee for mine hoists is 12 months with a possibility of its extension for the period up to 24 or 36 months. If the equipment is serviced only by the masters of our company, you can count on a longer warranty period.
Only construction hoists can be in stock. All other equipment is made only to order. The production time for lifts is about 4 - 12 weeks. It all depends on the amount of equipment ordered and the complexity of the work.
The shaft is not a mandatory element for the operation of the mast lift. But its presence is very desirable, since in this case the protection from corrosion of structural elements and the loader engine is ensured, the appearance of the building improves, atmospheric moisture does not get on the transported goods.
According to the technical regulations, maintenance of lifts is recommended to be carried out monthly. This is done so that the moving components and parts (rollers, motor, rope pulleys, cargo rope) wear out less. It is important to carry out their visual inspection, cleaning from dust and lubrication in a timely manner. All procedures that are carried out during the maintenance of lifts are preventive. Their implementation guarantees fault-tolerant operation of the lift and reduces the likelihood of its sudden breakdown.
