Inclined construction lifts

We offer inclined lifts directly from the manufacturer - the Czech factory STROS. We will carry out delivery people to the place of deployment, and our specialists will advise and provide lifting in the installation of the same device.

Inclined equipment "Stros" offers the placement of goods inside and outside buildings, during the reconstruction and repair of the roof.

Inclined lifts

For moving cargo at an angle to the horizon, the company offers an inclined cargo lift. It is used:

  • in construction work on roofs, attaching it to the heads of mast hoists;
  • when it is not possible to install a mast lift due to the inaccessibility of vertical structures;
  • to organize the flow of cargo inside trade, warehouse and industrial buildings by stairs;
  • at heights of up to 19m, when the use of a full-fledged lift is unreasonable.

An inclined lift top-lift is a prefabricated mast with a platform, where the horizontal part of the carriage moves along the mast with the help of ropes. The platform can be roll-out or stationary. A fence secures loads when moving at an angle.

Fastening can be carried out at the lower and upper points or along the entire length when installed on stair and roof structures. The carriage is driven by an electric drive 2208/380 V.

The lifting mechanism consists of an electric motor with a mounting winch. The electric drive is located at the bottom of the mast, the tension rope is passed through the block in the upper part of the support and connected to the winch. The cargo delivery platform is set in motion by coiling or uncoiling the rope. The equipment is connected to a normal household electrical network with a voltage of 230 V.

The Stros concern has been developing and manufacturing equipment for moving cargo since 1960 and has come a long way in the establishing of the production and design cycle. Now the concern produces a wide range of inclined lifts for various tasks.

Stros inclined lifting equipment is used to move loads inside and outside public and industrial buildings, used in the reconstruction and repair of the roof. Lifting mechanisms from Stros are high performing:

  • load capacity up to 200 kg.;
  • lifting speed up to 25 m/min.;
  • farm length up to 60 m.;
  • the level of produced noise is not more than 60 dB.

The framework is made of metal elements with two-component protection. The operation of the lift is controlled by stationary or portable consoles.

Benefits of lifts

The consumer properties of the equipment are enhanced by its ability to move loads in both directions.

Security. There are catchers, blocking in non-standard situations, indication of the state of the equipment, protective sides of the carriage, cable control and load limiters. Operation is safe, thanks to protection systems.

Operational economy. The lift motor consumes up to 15 kW. Maintenance consists of checking the good condition of limit switches, monitoring the level of lubrication in the engine and inspecting equipment components for mechanical damage. Consumables are inexpensive.

Versatility. Loading onto the platform can be carried out from any side or even from several sides. The lift can be mounted anywhere having a temperature range from - 35°С to + 40°С. It is light in weight and can be transported by truck.

Minimum installation requirements. The lift is assembled without special fixtures and tools. No pit is needed.
