Warehouse lifts

There are more than a hundred mast-type devices for various fields of activity in the enterprise catalog. The price for a particular warehouse elevator model depends on the design changes, the height of the mast and additional equipment.

Mast lifts, along with scissor lifts, are used in shops, shopping and warehouse complexes, restaurants and manufacturing enterprises.

The STROS company offers mast lifts for warehouses. Cargo for production or goods are moved on a platform with a mesh fence on the sides or in an open-top cab. The movement takes place along a vertical support mast, assembled from separate welded sections.

Types of lifting mechanisms:

  • Pinion gear on cab or platform, joining to rack on mast
  • Winch with rope

Cargo lifts for the warehouse elevators are installed inside the building or outside, a fence may be provided around. The equipment is driven by an electric drive, which is connected to the network with a suspension cable. In order to protect against wind swinging, the cable is fixed with guides.

Warehouse lifts from the manufacturer

ALULIFT series. The lifting devices are made of aluminum, the mast recalls a ladder. The platform is lifted by a winch with a cable, the lifting height changes over 2 meters to the maximum value. The equipment is easy to assemble, plugs into a standard 230 V socket. 

NV series. The lifts have a floor programming function. The lifting mechanism is a gear with a rack, the equipment can also be equipped with a winch and cable. Cabin length is 3–3.8 meters. For safety, the lifts of the series are equipped with catchers. It's possible to have two cabins on one mast, a door for loading bulky materials, an overload protection device.

Benefits of warehouse lifts

It's better than an elevator. Buying a lift for a warehouse is much more profitable than installing a freight elevator. The advantages of this solution are easier installation, cheaper maintenance, less power consumption.

Execution variability. The modular design of the cab allows modifications, improvements and choose unloading directions to meet customer needs. A cab of greater load capacity can be mounted on two masts for stability, and it is also possible to place two cabs on one mast.

Work from a normal electric network. Warehouse lifts do not have to be connected to a 400V high voltage supply. Some lifts are designed to be powered by a standard 230V power supply.

Reliability in operation. The mast structure is very stable, designed for a long service life in severe conditions. The manufacturer's warranty is valid for 1 year.

The mast sections are made of a round pipe with a diameter of 76 mm, ordinary or high-strength stainless steel. The surface of ordinary steel pipe is hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection. The wall thickness of the pipe is 4-8 mm, the specific parameters depend on the height of the mast.
